Return Process

To be eligible for a return send an email to hello@wisemindstoys.com, follow the steps below:

 STEP 1: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;

STEP 2: You need to add your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER;

STEP 3: Follow the email received (check your spam).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it 3-5 DAYS for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
